Anne Kelly is an innovative, high-energy senior executive, with over two decades experience in leading non-profit and public sector organizations to impressive bottom-line results. Her expertise encompasses human capital strategy, organizational restructure and business consulting. She has broad general and operational leadership skills in defining and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, quality and productivity under changing conditions.

Anne's recent experience includes as a Principal at the CSC Corporation where she provided consulting, change management, strategic planning and executive coaching services to her clients.

Earlier, as the successful leader of an entrepreneurial fee-for-service consulting practice in the Department of the Treasury, Anne's clients included Veterans Affairs, Homeland Security, Small Business Administration, Treasury, Commerce, HHS, DoD, and other departments. In her varied assignments she was seen as a trusted advisor who supported her clients' achievement of performance and organizational goals. As a proven turnaround expert, she drove the financial and performance improvement of the Federal Consulting Group, as demonstrated by a 150% annual increase in net revenues 2003-2008.

Anne's accomplishments at the Department of Homeland Security are featured in the Grass Roots Leaders: The Brain Smart Revolution In Business (Gower Publishing, 2007). She is a proven innovator, delivering new products and services focused on technology. She was a pioneer in the use of distance learning including televideo conferencing and web based training. She is a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Examiner 2003-2006. She holds a TS Clearance.

Earlier, Anne held executive level positions within the Department of Commerce where among her leadership activities was heading a frontline organization of legal, professional, and administrative staff responsible for processing U.S. and international patent applications. In this position, she completely restructured the three front-line divisions, eliminated cost-added processes, reengineered work flow and reduced processing time from 55 to 25 days, backlog by 3/4ths and quality to 96% within six months of assuming position She Initiated a number of cost reduction measures and logistical efficiencies to streamline operations, improve performance management, employee productivity and better position the Office to meet Administration goals.

Anne is the recipient of numerous awards including the Department of Commerce Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals and Distinguished Service Award, Secretary of Commerce Equal Employment Opportunity Award and the Small Business Administration's Susan B. Anthony Medal.
