Gary Garman has more than 25 years of experience as a senior leader, consultant, educator and trainer in management and organizational development. He works with Quiet Power, Inc. as a senior training specialist.

In addition, Mr. Garman has conducted seminars and workshops in both the private and public sectors in virtually every aspect of business from strategic planning to individual performance management. Likewise, he has functioned as an executive coach in both sectors. He works with Quiet Power as an Executive Coach and workshop facilitator for DLA. He has received seven Commander's coins for his work training and coaching DLA and DLA Distribution clients worldwide. He also conducted Team Building and Trust sessions for DLA Disposition Services, Norfolk, Virginia, and facilitated a DLA Distribution Commander's conference seminar on Emotional Intelligence and Leading Change in 2010.

Mr. Garman was the Director, Management and Professional Development for Siemens, ICN for over 15 years. He was responsible for employee training and organizational development for 6,000 employees. In his senior leadership role, he was In charge of all leadership and employee level development programs. Mr. Garman was instrumental in developing a Siemens customer leadership assessment and development center and a global change management initiative. He was also responsible for strategic planning, leadership development and Six Sigma initiatives. Mr. Garman has continued his professional relationship with Siemens, and provides worldwide consulting and training services for the company. Mr. Garman has authored articles and training guides on topics that include management, leadership, team dynamics, customer service, intercultural effectiveness, culture change, and communications.

Mr. Garman served In the US Army and held a Top Secret Security clearance. He was honorably discharged in 1967.

Mr. Garman received a BS in Education/Communications from the University of Vermont. He has a MA degree in English Education from Stetson University.
