Kevin Lewis is an independent consultant with 30+ years experience as a program manager, trainer, and coach/consultant. His expertise includes crafting and delivering consensus-based solutions across the Information Technology, Defense, and Infrastructure sectors both at the national and international levels. He is a Certified Human Behavior Consultant and DISC trainer/facilitator. He was worked with all levels of leadership to include political appointees, elected and senior staff officials on Capitol Hill, and C-level executives in the private sector. During his career, he has conducted training and effective research collaborations with the U.S. Army, Center for Disease Control, and the Department of Defense. He has facilitated studies and conducted symposia on issues such as organizational effectiveness, workforce management, and technology policy. During the ten-year tenure of the International Manufacturing Systems program overseen by the Department of Commerce, Kevin served as a CEO/Managing Director for the U.S. based secretariat for the program, a global manufacturing $300M R&D collaboration effort. This program provided the means by which intellectual property could be properly and effectively shared across international boundaries.
