In order to avoid the implication of the above quoted statement individuals, team members, and leaders need to define objectives and goals, and have processes in place to achieve them. Most people refer to the process of resolving situations as problem solving. Actually, a number of different skills and methods are used to accomplish goals.

Program Goal

Participants will learn the process of and practice the skills required for successful problem solving, decision making, and planning. Experiential exercises internalize the concepts needed to implement these processes successfully.
