I'm starting a new feature on the Quiet Power, Inc. website which will highlight tools, checklists, ideas, creative input and tips to support both effective leadership and interpersonal effectiveness. Every entry has been validated and tested for effectiveness to the bottom line.

My entire career has been and still is devoted to helping others succeed in both their current job and achieving their career goals. I wanted a way to share lessons learned along the way, and tools that I've used that have had a great positive impact for my clients.

The first great tool I would like to highlight is one that was introduced to me by a great trainer and coach. She introduced me to this tool in 2000, and I've used it for myself and with every client since that time. All because it works! Feedback from clients gives it a thumbs up.

The bottom line: I've seen GS 12's move up to 13, 14, 15 and SES positions. Many of them used the DiSC® tool to help them along the way.
